Membership Dues and Renewals

CFCS membership for new members is good for one year from the date of your membership application. All other members, your dues are due annually on your established anniversary date (See your membership card). Dues (new and renewal) are as follows:

To pay for your dues (New or Renewal) with PayPal you will be asked to create an account with them if you do not already have one. It is very simple to do and then you can use your Credit Card to pay for your membership.  To take advantage of this, select the "Add to Cart" button for your Membership Type.

  • Members renewing accounts, please enter your membership number in the space provided at check out on the PayPal secure server. 
  • New Members please complete the On-line Membership Application Form prior to making your payment.

  • A free Helpline
    CFCS has software and hardware experts on its help committee, who have volunteered to help members with their hardware and software problems. This service is provided as a membership benefit, please have your member number available when emailing or placing a call.
     
  • The Newsletter
    Members receive the computer news magazine, THE BUSSLINE in the .pdf format via e-mail each month. Each issue of this Newsletter contains pages of product reviews, how-to articles and local advertising. The products and perks section contains information about member benefits and the SIG section will keep you informed about the Special Interest Study Groups.
     
  • Attendance at general meetings
    Monthly meetings are open to the public, and are usually held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. At monthly meetings, software and hardware vendors demonstrate their latest products. There are drawings for free software, opportunities to get user group discounts and occasional product samples at most meetings.
     
  • Attendance at software and hardware Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings
    CFCS holds many Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings every month. Some are small, some are large, some are for novices and some are for experts. All SIG leaders are volunteers.
     
  • Our Vendor Discounts: Free or discounted admission to computer-related events and special purchase offers.
